Oscar Apartment becomes a secret casino after its haunting rumours. In fact, she awakes Buppha and controls over her to revenge against all men. She is killed and becomes a ghost to haunt in Buppha's room. Unexpectedly, she encounters a man who is masturbating himself. She leaves the school to Buppha 's room in Oscar Apartment. One day, she snatches a razor from her stepfather's barborshop and starts the killing in the school. She turns to be a problem child who also does not get along with classmates. Ten years passing by, Buppha is reincarnated as a young girl who is deserted by her mother to the stepfather barber. Yuthlert took a five-year break before making the third sequel Rahtree Reborn.

The second sequel ends with Buppha being slaughtered by an exorcist.

She finally ends with killing her own lover and the two ghosts occupy the apartment as their love-nest. The revengeful ghost comes back and haunts the whole apartment called Oscar.

In Buppha Ratree 1 and 2 (Flowers of the Nights and Rahtree Return), a medical student Buppha commits suicide after being deserted by her boyfriend Eke.
